The TrustVault system processes data from enterprise communications systems and makes its Relationship Analytics available to other systems, via integrations and APIs. This page is a concise guide to which systems are supported, enabling an administrator to determine whether their systems are supported.

INPUT CONNECTORS

Email systems

The following email systems are supported by TrustVault, enabling relationship data to be collected and analyzed by the TrustVault relationship analytics platform:

+Microsoft Office365

Supported versions

The following versions of Office365 are supported:

  • Office 365 Enterprise
  • Office 365 Midsize Business
  • Office 365 Business Essentials
  • Office 365 Business
  • Office 365 Business Premium

As platform functions change, and white labelled versions exist in some parts of the world, to check that your version is supported, please check the following:

  1. Logged on as the Office365 administrator, go to ‘Admin’ > ‘Exchange’, then select ‘Admin roles’ from the permissions section
  2. Press the ‘+‘ button to add a new role, then press the ‘+‘ button on in the ‘Roles:‘ section
  3. Scroll down the list of roles and check that the role ‘Message Tracking‘ is available. If it is available, then your system is supported
  4. Press ‘Cancel‘ then ‘Cancel‘ again.

Installation procedure

The procedure to connect Office 365 to TrustVault is as follows:

  1. Creation of a TrustVault account
  2. Creation of an account in Office365 that has permission to access message trace information. These credentials are required by TrustSphere for managed service installations

For on-premise installations, a Windows 2008 R2 or later server is required for installation of message trace processing scripts.

+Microsoft Exchange

Supported versions

The following versions of Exchange are supported:

  • Exchange 2003
  • Exchange 2007
  • Exchange 2010
  • Exchange 2013

Installation procedure

The procedure to connect Exchange to TrustVault is as follows:

  1. Creation of a TrustVault account
  2. Exchange 2003 customers must enable message tracking
  3. Installation of a script either on the Exchange server or a server that has read access to the Exchange Message Tracking log folder
  4. Configuration of a scheduled task to run the script periodically
+IBM SmartCloud (Notes/Verse)

Supported versions

All versions where the customer has subscribed to Notes mail in the cloud; i.e. on premise solutions or mixed solutions may not be supported, please refer to your TrustSphere representative.

Installation procedure

The procedure to connect SmartCloud to TrustVault is as follows:

  1. Creation of a TrustVault account
  2. Creation of an account that can be nominated for access to journal files
  3. Journaling must be enabled by the ICS support team, which is done by an email request from the customer
  4. Journaling must be configured, and the user credentials passed to TrustSphere
+Google Apps for Work

Supported versions

The following versions of Google Apps for Work are supported:

  • Google Apps Unlimited
  • Google Apps for Education
  • Google Apps for Work

Free versions of Google Apps and standalone Gmail are NOT supported.

As platform functions change, and white labelled versions exist in some parts of the world, to check that your version is supported, please check the following:

  1. Logged on as the Administrator, from the Admin Control Panel, select ‘Google Apps’, then select ‘Gmail’ from the list of services on the left hand side
  2. Check that ‘Hosts’ is an option. If it is available, then your system is supported.

Installation procedure

The procedure to connect Google Apps to TrustVault is as follows:

  1. Creation of a TrustVault account
  2. Creation of a Host and rules to BCC both inbound and outbound messages to TrustVault, where messages will be processed and deleted.
+IBM Domino

Supported versions

Domino versions 8 and above are supported. It is possible to provide support for versions 6.5 or above, if you contact your TrustSphere representative.

Installation procedure

The procedure to connect Domino to TrustVault is as follows:

  1. Creation of a TrustVault account
  2. Enable Domino message tracking
  3. Create a data extraction account and install and configure an small database which contains scripts to extract data from the message tracking database and present a web API for TrustVault to connect to
  4. Configure and enable web access to the new database – for managed service this must be public facing, for on-premise access can be restricted.

Voice systems

TrustVault supports Cisco, Avaya and Genband systems through our partner Avotus. Please see www.avotus.com or contact TrustSphere for more details.

TrustVault supports generic voice systems by importing Call Data Records (CDR). To integrate, the files need to be uploaded to the TrustVault server on a regular basis. This can be automated, with a pre-processor script running on the local system, processing and securely copying the data to the TrustVault server.

Instant Messaging

TrustVault supports Skype for Business through our partner Avotus. Please see www.avotus.com or contact TrustSphere for more details.

The following instant messaging systems are supported by TrustVault, enabling relationship data to be collected and analyzed by the TrustVault relationship analytics platform:

+Salesforce Chatter (and email)

Supported versions

Salesforce Chatter messages and Salesforce originated email are supported.

Installation procedure

The procedure to connect Salesforce Chatter and/or email to TrustVault is as follows:

  • Creation of a TrustVault account
  • Creation of a connected app within Salesforce with API access to the required data

CRM systems

TrustSphere offers a Salesforce application (Relationship Analytics for Salesforce) available through the Salesforce AppExchange. It provides Salesforce users with Relationship Analytics insights that can be applied to sales opportunities, leads, contacts and accounts

The following Salesforce editions are supported:

  • Professional
  • Enterprise
  • Unlimited
  • Performance

Installation procedure

The procedure to connect a Salesforce instance to TrustVault is as follows:

  1. The customer should have an existing TrustVault service/system
  2. Installation of the Relationship Analytics for Salesforce application from the Salesforce AppExchange, following standard AppExchange application add-ons installation procedures.
  3. Configuration of the Relationship Analytics for Salesforce application following the documentation available in the TrustSphere AppExchange page
+SugarCRM

TrustSphere offers a SugarCRM application (Relationship Analytics for Sugar). It provides SugarCRM users with Relationship Analytics insights that can be applied to sales opportunities, leads, contacts and accounts

Supported SugarCRM versions

The following SugarCRM versions are supported:

  • SugarCRM 7.5.x, 7.6.x (on premise)
  • Sugar on demand

Installation procedure

The procedure to connect a SugarCRM instance to TrustVault is as follows:

  1. The customer should have an existing TrustVault service/system
  2. Installation of the Relationship Analytics for SugarCRM application (installation package provided by TrustSphere)

OTHER SYSTEMS

+IBM Connections & Verse

The LinksWithin capability is available from within IBM Connections, from both the Apps menu and the mobile client. It will soon be available via the Verse business cards.

Supported versions

– All versions of IBM Connections in the cloud are supported for this integration.
– On premise Connections is not supported at this time.

+IBM Cognos

IBM Cognos is supported through the importing of TrustVault data from an intermediate file. This file can be produced directly from the TrustVault APIs or by exporting from our TrustView product.

+Riva Insight

The LinksWithin capability is available as part of the Riva Insight product.
